The ERBID Business Plan pledged a new fully mobile responsive Destination Website in year one of the BID and a major new Destination Website site was launched on November 26th 2017.
Enhanced website functionality includes maximising bookability via a new commission free booking platform: Guestlink, an enhanced What’s On Calendar, translation of the site available in Dutch, German, French and Spanish increased online Visitor Information and enhanced user search functionality across the site.
All 1000+ ERBID Partners including food and drink, attractions, accommodation, activities and transport are all promoted on the new site with a full page, editable advert worth £250. The new site, provided by digital market leaders NewMind/tellus has a completely new design that uses full width imagery, increased use of videograpy and more interactive maps. The ERBID Company will continue to invest in professional Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to ensure that the new site continues to deliver an excellent performance in search engines driving enquiries and bookings to ERBID businesses.
